Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others unless legally mandated to do so according to state laws involving the possibility of abuse or harm. We are members of several different professional organizations and abide by their respective Codes of Ethics, inclusive of the Unitarian Universalist Ministers Association and Spiritual Directors International, as well as, for Michelle specifically, the National Association of Social Workers. Our Zoom service also is HIPAA compliant with a BAA certificate, thus encrypted end-to-end.
